The presence of mold can derail the home buying process. Participants of this course will learn common causes of mold and how they can be addressed in order to diminish the impact of mold when buying and selling a property.

About The Instructor
Kurt has spent over 30 years in the construction field, working in both the private and public sector. He has owned his own construction company (roofs, Decks and Siding), has worked for home re-modelers and site work contractors, and managed several road and bridge construction project. He has been a licensed Home Inspector since 2014 and is a member of InterNachi, ASHI, and certified indoor air consultant with IAC2. He enjoys presenting to all sized groups and understands that knowledge helps us all do a better job for our clients.
